Booking and Flight Services

When booking flights through ConnectionAir:

• All ticket prices are subject to availability and may change without notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details
• Government-issued ID is required for all passengers
• Check-in times and baggage policies vary by flight and destination
• Connecting flights may be operated by partner airlines subject to their terms

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy includes:

• Full refunds available for cancellations made 24+ hours before departure
• Partial refunds (minus processing fee) for cancellations made 2-24 hours before departure
• No refunds for cancellations less than 2 hours before departure
• Flight changes subject to availability and may incur additional fees
• Special circumstances (medical emergencies, etc.) evaluated on a case-by-case basis

User Accounts

When creating and using a ConnectionAir account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms

Intellectual Property

The ConnectionAir website, logo, and content are the exclusive property of ConnectionAir. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ConnectionAir shall not be liable for:

• Damages arising from your use of our services
• Flight delays or cancellations due to weather, air traffic control, or security issues
• Loss or damage to baggage (subject to airline-specific policies)
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
